Manage a booking from an SMS

If a business texts you about an appointment, the message can include a manage link. Open it to see the time, service and professional.

If the Cobbtree app is on your phone, the link can open that booking in the app. If it is not, the same page opens in your browser. You do not need to download the app to continue.

Cancel and reschedule still follow the venue's booking rules. When the visit is finished, the link expires.
