Buy, send and use gift cards

Buy a gift card

Open the business on cobbtree.com, choose Gift cards, pick an amount and pay.

Send it as a gift

Choose Send as a gift and add the recipient's name and email. You can add a message and pick a delivery date.

Claim a gift card

Open Account → Gift cards → I have a code and enter the code. Or use the link in the gift email.

Use a gift card

At checkout with the business that issued it, choose Use gift card. If the balance doesn't cover everything, pay the rest by card or at the salon.

Check your balance

Open Account → Gift cards. Each card shows the business name and how much is left.

Why can I only use it at one business?

The business issued the gift card, and Cobbtree just provides the software. A Northline Salon gift card can't be spent at another business or on Cobbtree fees. There's no Cobbtree-wide gift card.

Sharing a gift card

Sharing changes who can see and claim the card. It's still only for the business that issued it.
