Loyalty rewards and Apple Wallet

If a business runs a loyalty scheme, you earn stamps or points on qualifying visits and swap them for rewards.

If a business runs a loyalty scheme, you earn stamps or points on qualifying visits and swap them for rewards.

Use your rewards

Rewards appear at checkout when they apply. Make sure you're signed in.

Add your card to Apple Wallet

Some businesses let you add their loyalty card to Apple Wallet. It shows that business's name, such as Northline Salon, and your points or stamps. It belongs to that business, not to Cobbtree as a whole.

Use it at the salon

Open Apple Wallet and show the card. Staff scan the QR code to find your rewards. Showing the card doesn't spend points by itself.

Why your balance updates

When you earn or use points, Cobbtree updates your balance first, then Apple Wallet refreshes the card. It's not a separate balance.

Why the card appears near the salon

Your iPhone can show the card on your Lock Screen when you're nearby. Your iPhone decides when. Cobbtree doesn't track your location in the background.
