Appointment reminders

Appointment reminders use the Before appointment trigger. Cobbtree schedules a run for each eligible booking at the offset you choose (for example 24 hours before start).

Reminders are transactional. They send to identified clients with an upcoming appointment even if marketing is off, unless the client is hard suppressed.

If your business previously used Confirm Engine offsets, matching reminder templates are provisioned when you open Automations. Pause or edit them here without changing diary behaviour.
