SMS appears in catalog but is off until the platform connects a provider.

SMS is a Cobbtree channel. Open Marketing, then SMS to turn messaging on, choose which appointment texts to send, and see your included credits.
If SMS is listed as a channel in Automations but you cannot send yet, your plan may not include SMS, SMS may be turned off for the business, or Cobbtree may still have global SMS delivery off during setup.
Push and Email continue to work. Additional SMS is billed to the business card on file, not through a separate SMS account.
