What counts as abandoned
Stages, activity time and when Cobbtree fires the trigger.

Cobbtree tracks booking sessions through stages: started, service selected, professional selected, time selected, checkout started, and completed.
When last activity is older than your delay, the session has no completed booking, the client is identified, and the session reached at least your minimum stage, Cobbtree records a booking_session.abandoned event.
Sessions that never reach the minimum stage are ignored. Completed bookings never qualify.
