Gift-card commission
Cobbtree charges commission when the gift card is purchased, not when it is redeemed.

Commission is a percentage of the purchase price actually collected. If you sell a £100 card for £90, commission is on £90. The customer still has £100 to spend. Changing the platform rate later does not rewrite old sales.
