Gift-card refunds
Refund value back onto the same business gift card where the original sale used it.

If an appointment paid with a gift card is refunded, the gift-card portion returns to that same card. It does not become cash unless your refund policy and the law require that. A full refund of the original gift-card purchase is only safe before the card has been spent.
