Customise your Apple Wallet loyalty card

Open Loyalty, then Apple Wallet, then the designer. You choose the logo, colours and which loyalty information appears. Cobbtree templates are a starting point. You can keep customising after you pick one.

The design applies across the business account. Northline Maidstone, Chatham and Canterbury share the same Northline card. Locations only affect nearby Lock Screen relevance.

Apple controls typography and the exact Wallet layout. Your colours, logo and card content stay customised to your brand.

Save a draft while you experiment. Publish when the card should go live. Publishing updates existing installed passes. Clients do not need a new pass serial, and they do not need to delete and re-add the card.

iPhone decides when the card appears on the Lock Screen. Cobbtree does not guarantee it at a set distance.
