Why Apple Wallet reading is unavailable

Tap to Pay is not the same as reading a Wallet loyalty pass.

Reading an Apple Wallet loyalty pass over NFC needs Apple's Wallet NFC capability and certificate. Approving Tap to Pay on iPhone does not switch this on by itself.

You can still scan the loyalty QR, search for the client, and take Tap to Pay as a separate payment.

Scan the Wallet QR now. NFC reading waits on Apple Wallet NFC.
