Tap to Pay and loyalty cards
Payment and loyalty are separate until combined VAS is supported.

Tap to Pay takes a contactless payment through Stripe Terminal. Apple Wallet loyalty identifies the client on your loyalty programme.
The Stripe Terminal app Cobbtree uses does not currently expose combined payment plus loyalty on one tap. Identify the client with Scan loyalty, then take Tap to Pay as the payment.
Do not send raw Apple payment-card data through a home-grown reader.
