Use promo codes during online booking
How customers enter a code and when it applies.

Customers can enter a code before they choose a professional or time. Cobbtree validates what it already knows: the code exists, is live, matches the business and location, and has not hit its cap.
If more context is needed, the customer sees that the code is saved and will be applied on an eligible appointment. If the code is not valid for the selected service or professional, Cobbtree explains why.
