Set up stock tracking
Track quantity separately at each location.

Open a product, then Stock. Stock belongs to a location: Shoreditch stock cannot be sold in Clapham.
Turn Track stock on, then set opening quantity, low-stock level and reorder quantity for each site.
Low-stock level is the warning threshold. Reorder quantity is how many to order, not the threshold.
Turning tracking off does not delete history. Turning it back on needs a fresh opening count.
