Use a barcode scanner with Cobbtree
USB and Bluetooth scanners type the barcode, then press Enter.

Most USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners behave as a keyboard. Click the barcode field so it has focus, scan the product, and the scanner sends the digits plus Enter.
This works on Partner web on a desktop, and on an iPad with a hardware scanner. You do not need to aim a laptop webcam at a bottle.
On a phone, use Scan barcode to open the camera instead.
