Why Cobbtree couldn't find a barcode
Unknown barcodes can still be saved. Public databases do not know every salon product.

If no Cobbtree business has scanned this barcode before, Cobbtree asks public product databases. Many professional and unbranded salon products are not listed.
That does not block you. Continue manually with the barcode already filled, then add the name, prices and stock yourself.
Once you save it, future scans for your business use your product. Other businesses only reuse the shared identity, never your prices or stock.
