Create a Last-minute Pricing rule

Open Operations, Smart Pricing, then create a rule and choose Last-minute.

Set when it should start: 30 minutes to 48 hours before the appointment, or a custom duration between 15 minutes and 48 hours. Choose a percentage or a fixed reduction.
