Edit SMS templates
Customise copy when your plan allows it, without removing required booking links.

Open Marketing, SMS, then Templates. If your plan allows editing, you can change the wording and publish it.
Some events require your business SMS name and a manage-booking link. Cobbtree will not let you publish a template that drops required content.
Drafts do not change live sending until you publish. Character count, encoding and estimated credits are shown before you save.
