One Cobbtree SMS credit is one billable SMS segment, not always one visible text.

Cobbtree counts SMS in segments. A short GSM message is usually 1 credit. Longer messages, or messages that include emoji, can use more than one credit.
The template editor shows characters, encoding and estimated credits before you publish.
