Create an Abandoned booking reminder

Delay, minimum stage and 24-hour cooldown.

Steps 1. Open Automations and choose the Abandoned booking template. 2. Set how many hours after last activity Cobbtree should wait. 3. Choose the minimum booking stage (for example Time selected). 4. Edit the Push and Email copy. Include the resume link variable where helpful. 5. Review and save. The automation stays paused until you enable it.

Cooldown The same client will not receive another Abandoned booking message from this automation for 24 hours.
