Abandoned booking is a marketing automation. It nudges clients who started online booking but did not finish.
It is paused by default when provisioned. Enable it only when the message and timing match how you want to follow up.
Cobbtree does not use browser fingerprinting. Only signed-in or otherwise identified sessions with a customer record can receive this message.
