Tap to Pay fees

Tap to Pay does not skip Cobbtree platform fees. The Commercial Engine still assesses the sale once, including walk-ins, membership remaining balances, gift-card remainders and split tenders.

Stripe card-present processing and any Stripe Tap to Pay or reader charges are Stripe's, billed according to the connected account's Stripe pricing. They are not the Cobbtree platform fee. Cobbtree does not hardcode long-term Stripe prices into the product.
