About Last-minute Pricing

Last-minute pricing is a Smart Pricing rule, not a second discount engine. Cobbtree still prices in this order: base price, Smart Pricing, membership perks, promotion, loyalty, VAT, deposit.

If a matching slot is still free within your chosen window, customers see a last-minute price. Booked appointments keep their snapshot.

Last-minute and scheduled rules never stack. The live rule with the highest priority wins. Last-minute rules start at a higher default priority so they can override a scheduled off-peak window unless you change that.
