Manage a booking from an SMS
Clients open a secure link to cancel or reschedule without signing in.

Appointment SMS can include a manage link on i.cobbtree.com. The link is unique to that booking. It does not expose client or appointment IDs.
If the Cobbtree app is installed, the same link can open the booking in the app. If it is not, the browser shows a booking page. Venue cancellation and reschedule rules still apply.
