SMS allowances and additional charges
Included credits sit on your plan. Extra segments can be billed to the business card on file.

Your plan includes a monthly pool of SMS credits for the whole business, not for each location. Locations share that pool.
When included credits are used, additional SMS can continue if your plan allows it and you have not turned additional sending off. Additional usage is charged to the Cobbtree business billing method, with VAT as on your other Cobbtree charges.
