Connect a card reader
Connect a BBPOS WisePad 3 through Cobbtree. Do not pair it in device Bluetooth settings.

Open Business, then Payments & Devices.
Turn the WisePad 3 on and keep it next to the phone. Tap Connect terminal. Cobbtree discovers readers through Stripe Terminal. Choose the Cobbtree WisePad 3 Terminal (last four of the serial) and tap Connect.
Do not pair the WisePad in iPhone or Android Bluetooth settings. Stripe Terminal owns discovery and connection. Pairing in Settings usually prevents Cobbtree from connecting the reader.
Connected readers show in Payments & Devices as Cobbtree WisePad 3 Terminal. Tap the device for battery, serial, connection and software version.
The reader is tied to the current Cobbtree location. Staff do not type Stripe reader IDs.
