Patch tests

Record patch tests on the client's profile so you know who is safe to book for colour or chemical services.

Record a patch test

   Carry out the test in the salon.

   Open the client's profile and add a patch test.

   Enter the date, result and related service, then save.

Check a client's history

The client's profile lists every recorded test with its date. Check it before colour or chemical services.

When a test has expired

If a service needs a valid patch test, clients can't book it online until a current, passed test is recorded.

Booking without a valid test

Team members with the permission Can book without a valid patch test can still create the appointment from the calendar. Online customers can't. Only use this when you've confirmed it's safe to go ahead.
