Built-in audiences

Go to Marketing → Audiences (1). Ready-made audiences include:

  • All eligible marketing clients
  • No upcoming appointment
  • Lapsed 60 / 90 / 180 days
  • New clients in the last 30 days
  • Visited in the last 30 days
  • High spenders (£500 or more spent overall)
  • Birthday this month
  • Membership clients
  • Loyalty members

Custom audiences

You can create your own rules based on visits, spending, services and more, then save them.

Good to know

  • Saved audiences update themselves. When a scheduled campaign sends, Cobbtree checks the rules against your client list at that moment.
  • Being in an audience doesn't give permission to contact someone. A client can match "Lapsed 90 days" and still be left out because they've unsubscribed.
