Add a booking widget to your website

Last updated 12 October 2026

The booking widget puts a Cobbtree booking panel on your own website.

Not on your account yet? The Booking widget option only appears in Settings once Cobbtree has turned on website embedding for you. Contact Support to ask.

Set up the widget

  1. 1
Go to Settings → Booking widget.
  2. 2
Enter your website domain. Adding the domain covers the www version too. The widget won't load on any other website.
  3. 3
    Choose one or more locations.
  4. 4
Choose whether the calendar appears directly on the page or opens from a button.
  5. 5
Select Save, then copy the code snippet.
  6. 6
Paste the snippet into your website where you want the widget to appear.

Preview it

The preview shows the steps a visitor will go through. Confirming a booking in the preview doesn't create a real appointment.

What visitors can do

A visitor without a Cobbtree account can choose a service and time and enter their name, email and mobile number.

Please note: saving a booking from the widget isn't switched on yet.

If you'd rather not add code, use Copy booking link in Settings → Locations and link to it from a "Book now" button.
